THERE'S MORE Help when you need it GROUND CONTROL TO MAJOR TOM Focusing on you, the client in order to achieve a healthier life through fitness and nutrition in an environment you are comfortable with. I can train you online, in your home, at a studio, or even at my outside gym. I can coach you however you are comfortable being trained, with minimal equipment and proper form with our aim set on your goals. THERE'S MORE ANYTIME...ANYWHERE VIRTUAL TRAINING OUTmuscle Life's One Small Step Fitness Program includes unlimited text messaging and full access on our fitness phone app. Our appointments can be booked online easily, to work with your schedule. NUTRITION + WELLNESS THERE'S MORE A CHALLENGE WORTH MEETING Nutrition is traditionally my clients biggest challenge, it's the largest reason I continue with my certifications, most recently during the 2020 quarantine along with being selected to be mentored by Sam Miller for the Functional Nutrition and Metabolism Science Certification. DATA DRIVEN RESULTS THERE'S MORE WIERD SCIENCE Whether it's weight loss or weight gain to achieve our goals, we need to look at the entire picture. We'll look at sleep, hunger, recovery, energy, digestion and stress. Adjustments are based on these self-evaluated lifestyle components along with our biofeedback, stress and blood tests we can learn from.
