The “One Small Step” is designed for you to think about how you want to live your life moving forward and how I can help you get there. We will start with identifying potential obstacles in your current lifestyle and by practicing new daily habits. Designed for your needs, but holds you accountable in order to focus on winning your week. We talk about life, work and incorporate biofeedback (think stress, sleep, energy). You’re good enough, you just haven’t been told, is it time for you to take your first small step?

Focusing on you, the client in order to achieve a healthier life through fitness and nutrition in an environment you are comfortable with. I can train you online, in your home, at a studio, or even at my outside gym. I can coach you however you are comfortable being trained, with minimal equipment and proper form with our aim set on your goals.
OUTmuscle Life's One Small Step Fitness Program includes unlimited text messaging and full access on our fitness phone app. Our appointments can be booked online easily, to work with your schedule.
NUTRITION + WELLNESS
A CHALLENGE WORTH MEETING
Nutrition is traditionally my clients biggest challenge, it's the largest reason I continue with my certifications, most recently during the 2020 quarantine along with being selected to be mentored by Sam Miller for the Functional Nutrition and Metabolism Science Certification.
DATA DRIVEN RESULTS
Whether it's weight loss or weight gain to achieve our goals, we need to look at the entire picture. We'll look at sleep, hunger, recovery, energy, digestion and stress. Adjustments are based on these self-evaluated lifestyle components along with our biofeedback, stress and blood tests we can learn from.

I have trained many people looking to improve their fitness, have more energy, feel better, move pain free, lose weight, gain weight and improve performance. I've trained athletes as young as 10 and those in their 80's. I thrive on challenging clients. No matter where you are in your journey to living a healthier life...I can help you get there.
